The Capacity Commitment

Upon signing, Met Global Mobility formally designates and reserves a dedicated fleet for Atlas Hotel Boston. As your exclusive ground transportation partner, those vehicles are contractually committed to your hotel first. Your concierge team will never hear "we don't have availability."

Contractual Commitment: Met Global Mobility agrees, in writing, to fulfill every confirmed Atlas Hotel booking or provide a same-class or better substitute at no additional cost. In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — severe weather, road closures, or declared emergencies — your dedicated Account Manager is notified immediately with an alternative plan. This is the commitment. It is in the contract.

Non-solicitation is standard in our partnership agreements. Met Global Mobility chauffeurs and staff are contractually prohibited from soliciting, contacting, or accepting direct business from any guest introduced through Atlas Hotel. It is in writing, and it is permanent.
